1. Revisions and Feedback

At SolidRender, we want you to be thrilled with your final renderings. We understand that visualizing the initial output can be challenging. That’s why we encourage you to thoroughly review your first rendering and provide detailed feedback. The more specific your annotations and comments, the closer the second rendering will match your vision!

2. Included Revisions

Your initial project quote includes one round of revisions based on your feedback. This means you can request changes to the initial rendering, and we will re-render it to incorporate those changes.

3. Additional Revisions

While we aim to capture your vision perfectly within the first round of revisions, we understand that sometimes further adjustments may be necessary. We are happy to accommodate additional revisions, but please note that these may incur extra charges depending on the complexity and scope of the changes.

4. Render Farm Usage

To ensure fast delivery, we utilize render farms for our projects. Significant changes to a project may require substantial adjustments to the render farm setup, consuming additional resources and time. This is why further revisions may incur additional costs. However, we are happy to accommodate minor changes without extra charges, as these can often be rendered quickly on our local machines.

5. Clear Communication

To ensure a smooth and efficient process, please provide us with as much information as possible about your project from the outset. This includes detailed briefs, reference images, and any specific requirements you may have. Clear communication helps us capture your vision accurately and minimize the need for extensive revisions.

6. Flexibility

We understand that projects can evolve. While we encourage thorough planning upfront, we are flexible and willing to discuss significant changes to your project. Please note that such changes may affect the project timeline and cost, and we will work with you to find the best solution.
