No. The viewer is lazy-loaded, meaning it only downloads the 3D assets when a visitor scrolls to it. The optimized GLB models we deliver are typically under 5MB, and the viewer engine itself is code-split so it does not affect your other pages at all.

Yes. All hotspot data lives in a simple JSON configuration file. You can edit labels, descriptions, and even add new hotspots by updating this file. We also offer a managed service where our team handles ongoing content updates for you.

Absolutely. The viewer supports touch gestures including pinch-to-zoom and swipe-to-rotate. We test on iOS Safari, Android Chrome, and a range of tablet devices to ensure smooth performance. Adaptive quality scaling automatically reduces polygon count on lower-powered devices.

Yes. For brands with large catalogs, we can build a simple admin interface where your team uploads GLB models, positions hotspots visually, and generates embed codes. This is priced separately as a custom development project.
