- “Client” refers to any individual or business purchasing services from SolidRender.
- “Services” refers exclusively to 3D rendering, architectural visualization, animations, and related digital visualization content.
- “Deliverables” refers to any images, videos, or digital files produced by SolidRender.
- “Website” refers to solidrender.com and all related pages.
3. Scope of Services
SolidRender provides digital visualization services only, including but not limited to:
- 3D architectural renderings
- Interior and exterior renderings
- 3D floor plans
- Animations and walkthroughs
- Marketing visualization imagery
We do NOT provide:
- Architectural services
- Engineering services
- Construction services
- Design approval services
- Consulting, legal, or regulatory services
All visuals are artistic and illustrative representations only.
4. No Professional Advice Disclaimer
All content and deliverables provided by SolidRender are for visualization and marketing purposes only. They do not constitute architectural, engineering, legal, construction, or investment advice.
Clients must rely on their own architects, engineers, consultants, and authorities for all technical, regulatory, and construction decisions.
5. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and legally owned reference materials
- Ensure they have the rights to all materials supplied
- Review and approve drafts carefully
- Verify technical accuracy with their own professionals
SolidRender is not responsible for errors originating from client-provided information.
6. Artistic Interpretation Disclaimer
All renderings are artistic representations. Final built results may differ due to:
- Design changes
- Material availability
- Construction methods
- Engineering constraints
- Regulatory requirements
SolidRender makes no guarantee that rendered visuals will match final construction.
7. Revisions Policy
Unless otherwise stated in writing:
- Each project includes a limited number of revision rounds
- Additional revisions may incur extra fees
- Major design changes after approval of drafts will be billed separately
8. Pricing and Payments
- All prices are quoted in agreed currency
- Payments are typically required in advance or by milestone
- Work will not begin or continue if payments are overdue
- All fees are non-refundable once production has started
9. Refund Policy
Due to the custom nature of visualization work:
- No refunds are provided once work has started
- Deposits are non-refundable
- Completed or partially completed work is not refundable
10. Delivery & Timelines
- Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees
- Delays may occur due to scope changes, late feedback, or technical issues
- SolidRender is not liable for damages caused by project delays
11. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights
- SolidRender retains copyright of all work until full payment is received
- Upon full payment, the client receives a license to use the deliverables for agreed purposes
- SolidRender retains the right to display work in portfolios, marketing, and social media unless otherwise agreed in writing
12. Prohibited Uses
Clients may not use SolidRender visuals for:
- Illegal or misleading purposes
- Fraud, misrepresentation, or deception
- Any use that violates laws, regulations, or third-party rights
13. Third-Party Content
SolidRender is not responsible for third-party content, platforms, or services referenced or used by the client.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SolidRender shall not be liable for:
- Lost profits
- Lost sales
- Lost business opportunities
- Construction costs
- Design errors
- Regulatory rejections
- Indirect or consequential damages
Our total liability shall never exceed the amount paid for the services.
15. Indemnification
The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless SolidRender from any claims, damages, losses, or legal actions arising from:
- Client-provided materials
- Misuse of the deliverables
- Breach of these terms
16. Force Majeure
SolidRender shall not be liable for delays or failure caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, war, internet failures, or government actions.
17. Termination
We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate any project if:
- Terms are violated
- Payments are not made
- Client engages in abusive or illegal behavior
18. Confidentiality
We agree to keep client materials confidential unless permission is granted or disclosure is required by law.
19. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Florida, United States, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
20. International Use Disclaimer
Clients are responsible for complying with their local laws and regulations.
21. Changes to These Terms
