CHANGE POLICY:

At Solid Render, we recognize that visualizing your final renderings for the first time might be challenging. That’s why we encourage you to thoroughly review the initial rendering we provide. Please annotate it with any desired changes and offer detailed feedback for a subsequent re-render. The more specific you are in your feedback, the closer the second rendering will be to your vision!

This first change is included in the price.  After that, further changes might require extra charges depending on what each customer requires.  The reason we need to charge for further changes is that it is starting to become very inefficient from a render-setup standpoint to go back and forth. We use Render Farm for quick deliveries and if the change is big it will take more resources and will cost more. However, Small changes will not be charged because we can Render those changes quickly on our Machines.  This is why you must send us as much information as possible from the start and after the 1st Draft. Don’t hesitate if you want to change the whole thing we are very flexible.
